Cindy Carrandi has creative magic in her DNA. She fell in love with music, art, fashion and beauty at a very young age. And while most 10-year olds were buying Tiger Beat, she was begging her mom for the latest issue of Vogue. This passion and persistence led Cindy to pursue her own creative path.

Cindy has spent 25+ years working with some of the world’s most celebrated brands, creative agencies, artistic visionaries and global tastemakers. She began her career in New York as Director of Art Buying at kirshenbaum bond senecal + partners. From there, Cindy joined LLOYD&CO, working alongside Doug Lloyd, then landed at beauty powerhouse MAC Cosmetics, collaborating with legendary Creative Director, James Gager, operationalizing MAC’s commitment to global creative leadership. Cindy then headed west to San Francisco as Executive Director of Art Production for both Print and Video at Sephora, tasked with building a department that services and produces all imagery and moving content for the brand.

Today, Cindy works her magic as a Change Specialist and Team Development Coach, transforming beauty, fashion, lifestyle and health brands from within. She relates to all levels of talent and team members and takes a hands on, collaborative approach to modernizing practices, cultivating growth and maximizing human potential.

Big on balanced living, Cindy has always made time for passion projects that fulfill her love for documentary film, music, Chinese Medicine and Equine Coaching. She is currently based in New York City and San Francisco, committed to her own personal development, body and soul. Ever the adventure seeker, Cindy loves SoulCycling, boxing, cross-training, spending quality time with friends, family and dogs–and living way, way outside her comfort zone.
